A. A person who drives a vehicle in reckless disregard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving.

Reckless Driving is a criminal traffic charge. You can actually demand a jury trial for this charge and you may want to do so, depending on the specific facts of the case. These cases are definitely winnable as the statute is a bit vague and the State has to prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt.
